Lello e Lella
For brands

The click that shows up ready to buy.

Lello e Lella is a personal shopper app for U.S. men and women, built by apparel wholesalers. It knows the shopper’s size, budget, style and closet before your page loads, so the click you get is a decision, not a browse.

What Lello e Lella is

A lot of people don’t enjoy putting outfits together: they buy a piece and can’t picture what to wear it with, or they never buy at all. Others open ten store tabs for “pants for a dinner on Saturday” and give up: store filters sort by color and size, not by need.

Lello e Lella fixes both. Lello for him, Lella for her: two personal shoppers who start with a short style study and learn the shopper’s size, budget, closet and where they live. When they need a piece, they ask by voice, text, photo or link; the app asks what a good salesperson would (what’s it for?), searches partner catalogs and returns only what fits, with a note on what it pairs with in their closet.

Two more tools in the same app: dupes, for the shopper who wants the look at their budget (in their own tab, never under your name), and price alerts, for the one waiting for a markdown. We haven’t found another app that puts the four together.

The Lella screen where the shopper asks for a piece: a large microphone button, the line “Hold to talk to me”, and the shopper’s own closet pieces to pair it with.
The ask: voice or text, with the shopper’s own closet
A result card in the app: a black single-breasted jacket from a real store, with the score “74/100 with your shirt” and a “See it on you” button.

How a sale happens

1

The ask

A piece and a size. Every shopper sets a budget in their profile.

2

The edit

We drop anything over budget, sold out in your feed or (where your feed carries size) out of their size; rank by fit; show your price as is.

3

The save

They buy, or save it with a target price, no expiration. We never suggest a lower target or predict a markdown, and alert only on a drop your feed shows, once per drop.

Why this works for a brand

The click that converts

A coupon click starts with the discount; a blog click starts with curiosity. Ours arrives with size, budget and occasion settled, plus what it pairs with in their closet.

Your price, as is

The shopper sees what they asked for, already filtered by size, budget and closet, at the price in your feed. A premium jacket only shows up in front of a budget that covers it.

The closet sells the second piece

The app knows what the shopper owns and recommends what pairs with it, so your jacket gets bought to complete an outfit, not to sit alone.

Ask for you by name, your pieces come first

Ask for “a [your brand] jacket” and your pieces fill the main results. Dupes never under your name, never above yours. No bidding on your brand terms, ever.

The customer stays yours

Checkout on your site: your order, your returns, your data. The network cookie is set only by the shopper’s tap on your link.

Our promise to every brand

Every store is checked.

Every brand is verified one by one before it enters the catalog: a real company with its own product, reliable delivery inside the U.S., published returns. No Chinese product, no random portals, no resale next to your piece. The shopper buys with confidence from a brand they may not know yet, because we did the checking. Your brand only sits next to brands like yours.

What we never do

  • No coupon or promo codes, no cashback, points, rewards or incentivized traffic.
  • No paid search or paid social on your brand terms, trademark variations, misspellings or domain. No sub-affiliates, sub-networks or browser extension.
  • No orders placed or payment taken by us. Price and stock checks run against your feed or the network API, never by loading your site or firing a tracking link.
  • No price we invented, no claims beyond your feed: the styling note covers fit, color, season and closet, not quality, origin or care. No resold feed data.
  • No dupes under your name. No used or resale listings next to your piece. No display ads, social feed or creator looks in the app.
  • Your logo and product photos stay inside the app, on your product; never in ads or on our social channels without your written OK.

Where we are

Pre-launch, on purpose: brands in before shoppers. No audience data yet, and none made up. You’ll see conversion, not just clicks, in your own network reports.

  • Live: lelloelella.com, six style guides, a waitlist.
  • Built: the engine (style study, search, filter, closet, dupes, watchlist), reading price and, where your feed carries it, size-level stock from the networks’ product APIs.
  • Partners: first programs approved on Rakuten Advertising, CJ, Awin and impact.com; more applications open.
  • How we promote: the app on the App Store, the style guides on lelloelella.com and @lelloandlella on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Next: the App Store. Before the app ships we register it as a mobile app with each network, and no click reaches you until you have approved it.

What we need from you

Approval on your network is all it takes to start. Nothing else to set up on your side.

  1. Approval on Rakuten Advertising, CJ, Awin or impact.com. Pause or remove us anytime.
  2. Your product feed with size-level stock, a gender field and working deep links. No banners or creative needed.
  3. A name and an email on your side, so questions about your feed go to a person, not a queue.

Inside the app

The closet screen: the shopper’s own pieces sorted by category and color, with a pink shirt and a white graphic tee.

The dupes tab: “Show me a piece and I’ll find its dupes”, with a photo, a description or a link as the way in.
Dupes: look-alikes only when the shopper asks, in their own tab
The watchlist screen: “What I’m watching for you”, pieces the shopper saved with a target price, no expiration.
